Elena Micich is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in product development, customer experience, and business operations in regulated industries. As Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product & Marketing at AURA Network Systems, she spearheads the creation of innovative offerings, translating the company’s technology into customer-driven products and transitioning emerging initiatives from the discovery phase to product launch. Additionally, she oversees marketing and communications at AURA, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand positioning.

Elena's professional journey began at Honeywell Aerospace, where she led engineering teams in supporting aircraft engine component design and manufacturing. Her experience expanded at Intel Corporation, where she orchestrated the introduction of lead-generation server, high-end desktop, and notebook products, and coordinated go-to-market execution for Intel’s mobile and server product lines, enabling early product introduction and ecosystem-defining design wins.

She has held key management positions at several companies, including Ooyala (acquired by Telstra), where she drove marketing strategy, launch planning, and customer communications for the media logistics platform. At Panoptes Systems, an Aurora Flight Sciences/Boeing subsidiary, she focused on situational awareness solutions for UAVs and discovered new market opportunities, initiating a pivot from consumer to enterprise solutions.

Elena's most recent role was at Attune Insurance, where she served as Head of Go-to-Market, pioneering a cross-functional framework for driving growth of existing insurance products and successful launch of new products on the Attune platform. Her efforts resulted in significant written premium growth and streamlined company-wide strategic planning and goal-setting processes.
